AssetManage 2002

AssetManage makes use of an intuitive interface to let you organize and store records of assets belonging to your company or organization. Instantly see all items that belong to a particular location, department or category by clicking within the programs Location or Category tree window. Attach images to your items from a scanner, the Clipboard, or a .jpg or .bmp file. Your data can be easily exported to HTML or a Microsoft Access or Excel compatible database file. Other nice features include print preview, tracking of expenses related to an item, and the ability to check which warranties will expire in a particular time frame. AssetManage allows you to track expenses related to an item. You can also create custom queries and reports in multiple formats.
